What is EDUpreneurship?

EDUpreneurship Bootcamp is a four-day education reform initiative at University of Michigan that brings together passionate university students across disciplines to tackle problems facing our local school districts. Throughout these four days, participants will identify problems in education, build teams, generate innovative ideas, and present their work with the goal of generating the next big idea for education.



​Currently, EDUpreneurship is partnering with School of Education, Ross School of Business, Center for Entrepreneurship, and Central Student Government and Saline High Schools with support from Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation



Highlights:

  • Keynote - Dale J. Stephens
  • Vision Creation Session - LeaderShape
  • All participating teams have a chance to apply for Dare to Dream - Education Grant (exclusive to EDUpreneurship)
  • Top three teams will have chance to speak with representatives from Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation
  • Winning team will receive a $500 from Samuel Zell Robert H. Lurie Institute for Entrepreneurial Studies
